Imagine finishing a big group project and having to hand in more than just the poster board: the notes, the sources, the slides, everything the teacher asked for, all at once, in exactly the format they wanted.
Delivery is that same idea for a finished movie. It means handing over every physical and digital element a distributor requires, like the final picture, sound tracks, and paperwork, all according to a detailed list called delivery requirements. Many important payments, like a Minimum Guarantee or the payment in a Negative Pickup deal, are only made once delivery is officially completed.

- Delivery requirements can be extremely long and detailed, sometimes listing dozens of specific items a distributor expects to receive.
